A fellow from out of town by the name of Julio, possibly from south of the border near Playa De Playpen will be igniting the flame for a night of debauchery! Masks, sombreros, dancing girls, donkeys (there will be many!) and summer shenanigans. Masks are a must for this theme. This will turn out to be a giant....ride on, right on!
